Pallet Invertor changes the pallet by inverting the entire load at 180 degrees. In fact, the operators trasports the load inside the machine. At this point, the operator uses a push-button panel for safely blocking the product for oveturning it.
Finally, the operator manually picks up the old pallet and insert the new one. At the end of the operation, the stationary pallet inverter rotates into the initial position. If you have stable products (like boxes), you can change the pallet by tilting the load at 90 degrees.
Our pallet invertor is capable of turning loads up to a maximum weight of 1.500 kg and a height of 2.000 mm. “Inverter” is available in the manual version with button panel, or in the automatic version with PLC.
