The pallet change operation starts with the transport of the load (product + pallet) inside the machine using a pallet jack. The operator uses a push-button panel with commands in order to block the product that performs the overturning at 180°.
Then the operator manually picks up the old pallet and insert the new one. At the end of this operation, the stationary pallet inverter is turned to the starting position. The pallet change operation can also take place at 90 ° if the products are stable (ex boxes).

The Toppy stationary pallet Inverter “Inverter Floor Level” can turn loads on pallets up to a maximum weight of 1.500 kg and a height of 2.000 mm. This pallet inverter is different from the others because it is possible to load the product inside the device even with a transpallet, thanks to the lower platform that goes down to the ground.
The pallet inverter is available in the manual version, with button panel or in the automatic version via PLC. It is an extremely versatile device suitable for various industrial sectors such as the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, cosmetic, ceramic sectors, etc.
Furthermore, Toppy Pallet Inverter is available for Logy configuration (pallet transfer system), can be integrated with roller conveyors and automatic pallet magazines.
