The mobile pallet changer “Side Press Splitter” is capable to divide product stacks up to a height of 1,400 mm. It is the only device capable of performing this operation safely while changing the pallet.
This mobile pallet changer “Side Press Splitter” is an electric trolley operated by tiller controls and powered by battery. Thanks to its versatility, it allows you to quickly change the pallet in very confined spaces without dedicating an area of the factory to this operation.
Toppy mobile pallet changers are equipped with the latest generation gel batteries with a duration of 8-10 hours. It is possible to increase the duration with larger batteries. In addition, to ensure that mobile devices have an operating cycle, we provide the optional “roll-on / roll-off”, a quick battery change system.

The pallet change operation takes place through the side pressing of the product and its lifting from the pallet to allow the replacement.
This mobile pallet changer is a side-clamping machine that allows to change the pallet and split the load by two side plates. In order to set the products on the pallet, “Side Press Splitter” is able to divide the stack of products up to a height of 1.400 mm.
The pallet change operation takes place through the side pressing of the product and its lifting from the pallet to allow the replacement. The two platforms then laterally block the product and lift / separate it from the pallet. The product that is currently blocked by “Side Press” is transported on the new pallet on which it is possible to release the goods. It is a mobile pallet changer capable of handling fragile products, which cannot be turned or tilted with a maximum weight of 1500 kg.
During the pallet change operation, the product is pressed and lifted in total safety. The pressure applied to the load is very delicate thanks to the possibility of direct adjustment by a pressure gauge or a pressure selector preset on four positions.
